Grilled Ribeye Steak with Garlic Herb Butter Recipe

Ribeye is one of the most flavorful cuts of steak thanks to its marbling. Paired with garlic herb butter, it’s a recipe that feels indulgent yet simple enough for home cooking.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1–1 ½ inches thick)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For Garlic Herb Butter:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
